Abstract
This paper discusses three statements: Enterprise AI strategy must be linked with the existing business strategy of the organization, Enterprise AI must be a virtual strategist of the organization, and Enterprise AI must be a virtual strategy manager for organizational performance. Based on the research on these statements, this paper will introduce the conceptual hierarchical framework titled Strategic Enterprise Artificial Intelligence (SEAI) consisting of four levels: Disconnected Enterprise AI, Linked Enterprise AI, Strategist Enterprise AI, and Integrative Enterprise AI. Disconnected Enterprise AI represents the lowest level, while Integrative Enterprise AI is the highest. This framework, with its title, can be introduced as a new field of study. If the corporate sector uses this framework tactfully, it will help the organizations to strategize Enterprise AI to achieve business results.

Abstract
This paper discussed Family Business Leadership Governance (FBLG) practices: the approach to leading the family businesses, family business strategy, the structure of family business leadership, and family constitution & succession planning. These practices are significant for any family business and must be developed and executed by the Chief Family Business Officer (CFBO) to ensure the proper governance of family business leaders. Further, this paper will introduce the ASLI framework to work on each family business leadership practice. These practices are also interconnected with each other. This framework can be presented as new knowledge in family business management. If the family businesses apply this framework formally, it will play an imperative role in their sustainability and growth.

Abstract
This paper discussed multiple elements of an entire organization: strategic planning, structuring, business processes, workplace culture, employee performance management, and employee development. These elements are significant for Organizational Performance (OP), and there is a vital role of Organizational Leadership (OL) to lead the development and execution of these elements as a whole. Further, this paper will introduce the conceptual framework, Organizational Performance Leadership (OPL), defined as achieving the overall yearly organizational goals to attain the long-term vision through 6Ps, i.e., Plan, Parts, Processes, Place, Performance and People. These 6Ps are also interconnected with each other. This conceptual framework, with its title, can be introduced as a new field of study. If the corporate sector applies this conceptual framework formally, it will play an imperative role in the success of any organization.

Abstract
This paper discussed the whole mind of the leaders in the shape of their mindsets that differentiate leaders from their followers or other people. Further, this paper will introduce the conceptual framework with the title, Total Leader’s Mind (TLM), covering all the mindsets of a leader that are: Thinking Big, Positive, Creative, Systems Thinking, Adaptive, Emotional Agility, and Ethical that are crucial to be a great leader. These mindsets are also interconnected with each other, and their core is the ethical mindset. Based on the conceptual framework of Total Leader’s Mind, psychometric tests can be developed that will be used in leadership development need analysis. Additionally, leadership trainers can utilize this framework to design and conduct leadership development programs for functional and enterprise leaders of the corporate sector all over the world.

Abstract
This paper provides a realistic and easy–to–understand approach for strategic planning by suggesting six steps process, 1) Scan 2) Purpose 3) Inspiration 4) Values 5) Strategy 6) Aims. If we combine the starting alphabets of assigning words to all the proposed six steps in a series, then it is pronounced as SPIVSA. The framework is therefore known as the SPIVSA Strategic Planning Framework, which is based on a system approach and enables strategists to carry out strategic planning in a sequential manner, resulting in the development of the right strategic path for any organization.

Since Organization Development (OD) is a multi-step process that helps organizations to build capacity for change, achieve and enhance efficiency; through the development, enhancement and strengthening of strategies, structures, and systems. OD consultants / Professionals use several diagnostic and development instruments to conduct OD process. But over time, the various vital needs of clients requested something advanced. Then a need has been discovered for a new framework that can work with a combination of OD processes and tools. Consultants can use this for their projects to deliver important and successful outcomes to the organizations not just for current circumstances but also for the future. The name suggested for this new framework is Architectural Leadership Consultancy (ALC). Which is based on two (2) connected dimensions. One of them says “What’s the need” and the other demonstrates “How to”. The effect of these two would move the business towards the desired stage.
